For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are excepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at miliesmanorincorp@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed once we receive your refund or exchange. 

Domestic Shipping:

Standard (5-8 Business Days): $7 

Express (3 Business Days): $15

International Shipping:

Standard (2-4 weeks): $20

Express (1-2 Weeks: $25

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 

Cancellations: 

After an order is submitted , processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us. 

Returns: 

Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit www.miliesmanor.org. 

Damaged Orders: 

Milie's Manor Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. 

Shipping Restrictions:

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
